Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing

We begin by sweeping the area, to remove all dry, loose soil.  We then use a sprayer to apply a ‘green’ cleaning agent to the entire surface – especially the grout lines.  After allowing the cleaning agent time to work, we agitate the grout lines with a brush to break up the rest of the soil.  When we are done, most of the dirt from the surface will be suspended in the cleaning agent and ready to be removed.  Then, we rinse the surface with a spinner that applies very high pressure and heat, to loosen any remaining dirt from the surface and remove it all.  Last, if we are to apply a grout sealer, we will use air movers to be sure that the grout gets completely dry before doing so.
