FAQ

FAQ

What do I need to do before your company comes to service my home?

All I ask that you do to prepare is: remove breakable items off of furniture that is going to be moved. I am a full service company.  After pre-inspection I will vacuum with a CRI gold seal approved HEPA vacuum to remove the dry soil.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I have general liability and worker’s compensation for both residential and commercial clients. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

What kind of cleaning equipment do you use?

I utilize a truck mounted deep steam cleaning system with a wand or rotary hot water extraction. My unit is made to utilize two vacuums, but I only use one. It gives a lot more suction power. There are six different cleaning methods recognized in our industry and the carpet and rug institute says: hot water extraction with a truck mount gives the best possible cleaning available.

How long does it take for carpet to dry and can I walk on it when you are done?

Depending on weather conditions, and the use of your heating and air conditioning systems, the carpet should be dry within 2 to 4 hours.  The carpet can be walked on with the shoe covers that I will supply you. Please be very careful walking from carpet to a hard surface.

Are the chemicals safe for my children and pets?

Yes, I only use green certified cleaning agents. They are safe for everyone, including pets. They leave no residue, therefore leaving the textiles cleaner longer.

What is included in the price I was quoted?

I am not the most expensive carpet cleaning company, nor the cheapest. You can rest assure that the price I quote is the price you will pay.  There are NO extra costs for spots, over soiling, or moving furniture.  The only additional charges are for: pet odor removal and an option to apply a protective coating.

What happens if a spot comes back?

If a spot were to come back, I will come back at no additional charge.  All of my work comes with a complete 100% satisfaction guarantee.

What type of payment do you accept?

Cash, debit, check, Visa and Mastercard.
